• Copy of CNIC or B.Form
• Copy of CNIC Father Mother or Guardian
• Salary Slip/ Income certificate Fathers or mother
• If Mazdoor, Shopkeeper then buys a Stamp paper of 50/- rupees
• Copy of last 6 months’ utility Bills like (Bijli, electricity, Gas, Telephone, or water) (If applicable)
• Case of a rented house, then a Copy of the agreement
• Copies of Applicant and siblings of last fees (If applicable)
• Copy of medical bills or expenditures documents (If applicable)
• 01 Photo of passport size of Applicant
• 01 house pictures from the front outside

Ineligibility Conditions:

A student will be ineligible if found.

1. already scholarship held
2. I am enrolled in any affiliate college or university.
3. Admission has already been taken in evening classes on self-finance.
4. Students who have already passed higher education of 2 years, like a master mphil degree, are not eligible for a BA Bsc degree.
5. All the semester passes, and without a pass can’t go into any other program.
